Quality of Life Features - Shop Accessibility and Brightness

A brightness slider has been added to the options menu, and like volume the brightness saves after closing the menu so there's no need to readjust brightness every time the game is opened.

There's now a button to the shop in the game over screen, this was a suggestion I received for Diving Bell Mayhem to make the shop more visible to the player.
